1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49 USD.

  • Orders $49.00 and over: FREE

  • Orders under $49.00: Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, origin, destination, and shipping method. The final fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and key European countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery may take longer than expected due to customs clearance, peak seasons (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday), or remote locations.

3. Non-Shipping Areas (Remote Regions)

Due to restrictions from international shipping regulations regarding hardware with batteries, we cannot deliver to the following remote areas, islands, or territories. If an order is placed with a shipping address in these regions, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

France All Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM).
United Kingdom Northern Ireland (BT Postcodes), Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
Italy Sardinia, Sicily, Livigno, and other offshore islands.
Germany Heligoland and Büsingen am Hochrhein.
Netherlands Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and the Caribbean Netherlands.

 

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • How to Track: Customers can track package status directly within personal Notta Account dashboard.
